Alphathor EPDM is professional, fast, and easy to install. A carefully designed range of accessories ensures Alphathor forms one homogeneous, high-quality, and durable system.
ALPHATHOR DRAINS / OUTLETS
Alphathor outlets are available for both horizontal discharge and vertical downpipes. The outlets are equipped with a bare Alphathor flange, allowing homogeneous thermal welding to the Alphathor roof sheets.
The drains feature a 600 mm PE pipe and are available in diameters from Ø50 mm to Ø200 mm.
ALPHATHOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CORNERS
Pre-formed Alphathor EPDM corner pieces are ideal for finishing both internal and external corners on flat roofs. They are thermally welded to the Alphathor roofing membrane at 450°C, forming a homogeneous and durable system.
Like all Alphathor accessories, corner pieces are available in grey and white.
ALPHATHOR WELDING STRIPS
Alphathor EPDM detail strips are available in reinforced and unreinforced versions.
The reinforced Alphathor 1.5 mm detail strips are used to waterproof butt joints. Unreinforced detail strips are used for finishing various roof details. When pre-formed corners cannot be used, unreinforced detail strips allow easy and efficient corner finishing.

ALU vapor barrier
Aluskin SK 6.0 is an extremely strong and flexible self-adhesive vapor barrier made of tear-resistant fiberglass-reinforced aluminum composite with a patented bitumen backing.
The vapor barrier membrane is specifically designed for demanding roof constructions with increased fire safety requirements. Aluskin SK 6.0 complies with DIN 13970 and reduces fire risk with a combustion value of less than 10,500 kJ/m².

ALPHATHOR VENTS
Alphathor vents are equipped with a bare Alphathor flange, allowing homogeneous thermal welding to the Alphathor roof sheets.
Available in diameters from Ø80 mm to Ø125 mm.
ALPHATHOR CONTACT ADHESIVE
Alphathor contact adhesive is specifically developed for bonding Alphathor EPDM to non-clean substrates. It is available in 750 ml cans and 220 L pressure vessels.
When using Alphathor ZKB, only the surface to be covered requires adhesive. Bonding bare Alphathor membranes requires spraying both the underside of the membrane and the substrate with adhesive.
