4-layer flexible and
dimensionally stable membrane
Alphathor EPDM consists of a three-layer EPDM top layer with internal fiberglass reinforcement, combined with a fully self-adhesive butyl or acrylic backing.
Thanks to its maximum strength and dimensional stability, Alphathor does not require perimeter fixation.

New generation
thermally weldable EPDM
The thermally weldable EPDM top layer of Alphathor is unique and revolutionary. At 450°C, EPDM membranes are homogeneously welded together, resulting in an extremely strong and durable seam that can never come loose.
Alphathor EPDM is a pure roofing membrane without carbon black or bitumen and does not discolor rainwater.

The fully self-adhesive butyl or acrylic backing allows Alphathor EPDM to be bonded to clean substrates without adhesion primer.
From 5°C onwards, Alphathor ZKB can be applied directly to insulation with aluminum facing, OSB, and plywood concrete panels.

White and grey for
enhanced heat reflection
White and grey roofing membranes reflect more sunlight and absorb less heat. This lowers roof temperature and reduces energy consumption.
Thanks to heat reflection, solar cells on a white EPDM roof remain cooler, resulting in up to 15% higher energy output.
